How soon can we start?
Projects typically kickoff at month after you’re booked. This gives you ample time to complete your homework and get you into my queue. Lead time might be longer due to current projects. We’ll discuss further in your consult call.
What if I don't have a logo/brand?
Logo and branding are required prior to the start of your website project. This is a crucial piece and sets up the entire visual foundation of your website. If you do not have a logo/branding and would like to start that process I highly recommend working with the lovely and talented Erin Hall of Brand Junkie Creative for a complete branding experience.
What will you need from me?
You will be required to provide me with access to your website domain name, your logo and branding collateral, and completed content for all the pages on the website. This is a collaborative process, so I’ll need your input as much as you’ll rely on me for my expertise.
Do you offer support after my site has launched?
My goal for you is to hand over complete control and ownership of your site when we are done. However, if you need additional support you can hire me at my hourly rate ($100/hr) for one-off things as you need them or sign up for my monthly website retainer services.
I already have a website. Can I just hire you for edits?
Ongoing updates and maintenance are services reserved solely for clients who have successfully completed a website project with me. My current offerings are for those who need a new website or a redesign of their current website.
Do you design/develop on other website platforms?
At this time I exclusively create websites for Showit (with WordPress). Check out my blog post on why I made the switch to Showit after working only with WordPress for many years.
