TIMELINE and PROCESS
Virtual Coffee Date
Once you fill out my inquiry form you’ll have the opportunity to learn more about my offerings and schedule a time to chat about your project. If we’re a good match, I’ll send over a final proposal for review.
Booking & Homework
Accept the proposal, sign the contract, and pay the deposit to officially book your project. Then you’ll have until our start day to complete your homework which includes a few questionnaires and your website content.
Start Day
We'll have a kick-off video chat to review your homework and discuss your site page structure. You’ll receive my exclusive Website Content Workbook designed to help strategize and deliver content.
Website Design
Where the magic happens! Here I take everything we did in Discovery and translate it into a visual representation of your website through a prototype of design compositions. Two rounds of revisions are included.
Website Development
Sit back and relax! This is the part where I develop the design into a living, breathing website. Once the initial build is complete, we’ll review the website together, and get it ready for launch.
Launch & Support
Pop the champagne, it's launch day! You’ll sign my Launch Agreement, purchase your Showit plan, and then I’ll launch your site. Post-launch you’ll receive your launch graphics and handoff training.

My offerings are for those who need a new website or a complete redesign of their current website. Updates and fixes are services reserved solely for clients who have successfully completed a website project with me. This allows me to give them dedicated one-on-one attention for their investment, and I’m already familiar with how their site is built.
Logo and branding are required prior to the start of your website project. This is a crucial piece and sets up the entire visual foundation of your website. If you do not have a logo/branding and would like to start that process I highly recommend working with the lovely and talented Erin Hall of Brand Junkie Creative for a complete branding experience.
I create all of my websites on Showit paired with WordPress. Showit is a drag-and-drop website builder designed to give you full creative freedom with your website. I’ve worked with many platforms over the years and I believe Showit is the best option for service-based businesses. Here’s why I switched over to Showit fully and how Showit works with WordPress.
My goal is to provide you with complete control and ownership of your website. After the launch, you will receive personal training and lifetime access to my self-paced website training course. If you need more help, you can hire me hourly or subscribe to my monthly website retainer services. Here are more details on how I support clients after launch.
At minimum, projects kickoff 4-5 weeks after you’re booked. This is so you have plenty of time to complete your homework and website content that's due by the project start date. Lead time might be longer due to current projects. We’ll discuss further in your consult call.
You will be required to provide me with access to your website domain name, your logo and branding collateral, and completed content for all the pages on the website. This is a collaborative process, so I’ll need your input as much as you’ll rely on me for my expertise.
