What’s Included

Your brand and content will be integrated into one of Squarespace's pre-built templates. This includes editing and customizing your site design settings so it feels more custom and less like a template. Layout and functionality will be limited to Squarespace’s capabilities.

When you've approved the site for launch, you’ll need to sign the Launch Agreement and make your final payment. I’ll go over my final prep checklist to make sure your site is ready for launch. Then pop the champagne cuz we're going live! 🥂 Once your site launches it can take anywhere from 24-72 hours to fully propagate. You'll be provided with your custom social media launch kit so you can show off your fabulous new website!

Sit back and relax! This is the part where I develop the design into a living, breathing website. Once the initial build is complete, we'll review the website together, and you'll receive up to two rounds of final edits, referred to as QA (Quality Assurance). You’ll also have the opportunity before or after launch for a 1-hour training walking you through your website and how to use it. Upon completion of QA we’ll decide on a launch date.

Squarespace: Based on your brand, I'll put together a mood board consisting of your logo, colors, fonts, etc. to establish your theme. We'll review three templates and select the one best suited for your website.

Showit: I'll create a comprehensive layout of your website in which content placement and visual hierarchy is established. Two rounds of revisions are included.

You’ll fill out a detailed questionnaire along with providing a Pinterest board of design inspiration which we’ll review in a discovery call. We’ll discuss your goals/needs and learn about your target audience. We’ll map out your site in the form of a site architecture, and you’ll receive my exclusive Website Content Planner designed to help strategize and deliver content. Finalized content must be completed before moving into the next (design) phase.

I kick off new projects at the beginning of the next calendar month after you’re booked. My availability is very limited because I only take on a few clients a month. 

All client services are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Packages will be reserved by submitting a completed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total project fee.

All website projects follow a 30/35/35 payment schedule. That means 30% of the project cost is due immediately after signing the project. This is non-refundable and books you into my schedule. Another 35% is due before we start, and the remaining 35% is due the following month. Failure to make payments will result in work stopped.

At the very minimum, logo and branding are required prior to the start of the project. Your website content will be required prior to going into the design phase, but the sooner you have it the better. Start gathering your content and any additional design assets as well as general inspiration as soon as you can.

If we both meet our deadlines, you’re looking at a shiny new website in 3 to 4 months. This timeline can vary based on client response time (content, edits, etc.). Getting to this goal is a team effort. 😁
