My second Weight Watchers meeting was today, and I’ve lost 1 pound since my last weigh-in. Typical weight loss for the plan is 1-2lbs. a week, but I was just hoping I lost more than a pound. I felt like I made a lot of changes last week so I was hoping for a bigger payoff. I guess I have to get used to everything happening in baby steps.
It was amazing how much this week’s topic applied to what I was going through last week. We talked about knowing your zone and how to identify correct hunger feelings. It’s definitely something I’m going to have to work on, along with better eating habits altogether.
