My friend James challenged me as well as all his other Star Wars fans to “Wear a Shirt a Day till Force Awakens” and post the photos to an album on Facebook. I’ve been diligent in posting my photos, which you can check out on both Instagram and Flickr. And in case you’re wondering, I have 14 shirts, 3 aprons, and one Princess Leia costume (white dress).
In other news, I hauled booty this weekend and got all my Christmas shopping done. I am now at a point where I am either waiting for items to come in from Amazon, and/or I need to make fudge. If everything works out, all my gifts should be wrapped by the end of the week, and then I can spend next weekend making fudge!
The week was a little slow at first, but it picked up towards the end. I designed a pretty festive eBlast that is supposed to go out today to let our clients know of our holiday closures. I also did a couple of ad designs, a theme installation, creating icons, and coding some eBlasts.
On Friday I had my session with my business coach this week in which we talked about goal setting for the new year. She had me do an exercise where I rated certain categories like finances, relationships, health, etc. on a scale from 1-10 with 10 being highly satisfied. We then went through each one and discussed what steps I can take to bump it up to the next number and year from now. It was a great way for me to see how I can set goals for myself, and talking with someone about these particular topics helped me come to some conclusions for the following year.
I’ve taken a little break with blogging this month only because it was a constant go-go-go during November. I’ve been working on planning out some topics to blog about for the rest of the month, so things will pick up. I’ve also been exploring the idea of bringing in some videos in the mix and doing a little vlogging.
