I’ve been making recipes from her cookbook and website on-and-off for a couple of months now, but this month every single homemade dinner was from her cookbook; and every single one of those recipes was super yummy! Her recipes are low calorie, clean eating, and easy to make gluten-free if they aren’t already. They are also quick and easy to make! I’m seriously considering getting a membership with her site which is only $7/month so I can get access to more recipes as well as fitness plans. Love love love Katie’s site!
While everyone gets excited over their Pumpkin Spice Lattes, I am all about the Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino. It basically tastes like pumpkin pie in a cup only better. I jokingly told Dani that I’ll take this, and everyone else can have pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving. I’m not big on pumpkin in general, so the fact that this gets my two thumbs up is a big deal in my book.
Now that we’re getting into the holiday season I wanted try some holiday-specific candles. What better place to go than good old Bath & Body Works! A nice lady walked me through and assisted me in smelling all the latest scents, and I came across two that I absolutely love for the fall: Marshmellow Fireside and We Love Fall Fragrance Trio (not on the website anymore). I have the marshmallow one in my bedroom next to vanity that I light while getting ready in the morning, and the fall one is out in my living room giving the main areas of the house a nice homey fall scent.
