How It Works

You pay a fixed fee per month. You get a set number of design hours at a reduced hourly rate. Additional hours are available at my normal hourly rate ($100/hr).

I create a shared Google Doc that is updated on a weekly basis. This is shared with you so you can see how much time you have left in any given month.

It’s that easy! At the same time, you know where you stand with your budget.

Booking + consult

We’ll have a quick intro chat and decide on a start date and package. Once you complete the contract + first payment, you’re booked!

onboarding

You’ll be sent a Planning Questionnaire and you’ll need to send over your brand assets as well as any supporting login credentials.

Strategy + Discovery

We’ll have a Discovery Meeting and put together a 90-Day Plan so we can prioritize how to efficiently use your hours.

If we get close to your allotted hours for the month, I'll let you know. You’ll also be able to view your progress throughout the month via our shared Google Doc.

You'll have the option to either hold off until the next month when your hours reset or you can pay for additional hours at my hourly rate ($100/hr). 

They don’t roll over into the next month, so it’s up to you how you’d like to use your hours. This is why at the onset of a project we put together a 90-Day Plan so we’ll have some tasks to work on in the event we have a surplus of hours.

Each contract is for three months, at the end of your term you can decide to continue or not. That way we can assess your needs and whether you need to upgrade or downgrade.

Task time frames will vary due to client response times (revisions, content, etc.) and require at minimum a 3-day advanced notice. Rush services are available at an additional cost if necessary and are reserved for current clients in good standing only.
