It turned out to be a very good Christmas! I woke up this morning just in time to start the Walt Disney World Christmas Day Parade. Before I knew it we were opening presents, and above is everything I got. My favorites are my pretty magenta jacket from my mom and the new coffee maker from my dad.
After breakfast and everything was over, I got dressed and went out to Safeway to get last minute things that I didn’t get yesterday. Because I was making spinach dip, I needed sour cream and dry leek soup mix; however Safeway was out of the soup, and I couldn’t for the life of me figure out where they kept the sour cream. I tried two other grocery stores, which were both closed, so I ended up finding my sour cream and soup mix from Long’s Drugstore. And because my Mormor was all bummed she didn’t get any biscotti for Christmas, I went ahead and got a few things of it from Starbucks (along with a cup of Christmas Blend for me to drink, hehe).
Later on the afternoon, my cousins and uncle showed up completing the Christmas get-together. We snacked on hors d’oeuvres, ate Christmas dinner, and opened presents. From my cousins/uncle I got a $25 gift card to Chili’s (wooo soup!!), $15 to Starbucks, and WALL-E on DVD, which unfortunately I already have; he gave me the receipt so I’ll exchange for the Marie Antoinette Soundtrack.
