Newly Painted Walls

I was a very busy bee this past weekend. Friday my mom came to visit and spent the whole weekend with us helping to paint the entire house. The only rooms we did not paint were the kitchen and bathroom, because those need to be completely redone on their own.

But the rest of the house? Wow! Each time we finished doing a coat, my mom would exclaim, “It’s like someone turned the light on!” Now, you would never know that the master bedroom used to be a dark red or that the hallway was bright aqua green. Now everything is a nice shade of white and it looks bomb! All we have left to do is paint the closets and trim, and then we can finally move on to replacing our God-awful floor!
