A Visit to the Duplex

I had been itching to go to the bay area with my mom but plans kept getting changed throughout the week. It wasn’t until the very last moment I ended up going to my grandparents Friday evening and coming home Saturday evening. During my stay we (my mom and I) went with my grandparents to visit my old duplex to check out the new fence the tenants put up.

He did an amazing job and I think this is the best it has ever looked!

Not only did he put in this new fence but he added two new gates and stair railings for the front walkway.

Then he took us into the backyard where he put down tile, kept my fountain I put in, and even added a shed (something Joshua wanted to do when we were living there but we couldn’t afford it).

To top it all off he put up sheet rock in the entire garage, brought the loft down turning the garage into half an office, half a guest loft. He plans to put a new deep sink in too.

Yeah I’ll admit I kinda wish I lived there now, but everything happens for a reason. Besides the place I live in now is MUCH bigger and we’re closer to family and friends.
